We service the following areas within a 45-mile radius:

1. General Agreement

By requesting or receiving any service from Tangi Roadside Assistance LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all roadside assistance services including but not limited to car unlocks, jump starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.

2. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Cash App Pay
• Cash (Technician must verify payment before service begins)

2.2 Cash Payment Policy

If paying by cash:

• Payment must be provided before the technician performs the service.
• Technician may refuse cash if location or conditions appear unsafe.
• If cash is counterfeit or questionable, service will be refused.

2.3 Dispatch Fee (Non-Refundable)

Once a job is accepted, a $40 dispatch fee becomes non-refundable, even if:

• You cancel while the technician is en route
• You request the wrong address
• You provide incorrect vehicle information
• The vehicle is inaccessible or unsafe
• You are not present upon arrival
• You no longer want service upon arrival

3. Service Limitations

We provide basic roadside assistance only. We do NOT provide towing, winch-outs, mechanical repairs, or transport services.

3.1 Car Unlock Service

We use non-destructive entry tools whenever possible. However:

• We are not responsible for damage to weather stripping, door frames, locks, alarms, or electrical systems.
• Certain vehicles may be inaccessible due to anti-theft security systems.

3.2 Jump Start Service

Jump starts are performed at your own risk. You understand and agree that:

• We are not responsible for battery failure after a jump
• We are not responsible for alternator, starter, ECU, or fuse damage
• Hybrid and EV systems may require dealer service
• The vehicle should be professionally inspected after a jump

3.3 Tire Change Service

We will not service:

• Vehicles missing proper tools or lug keys
• Vehicles lifted improperly or on unsafe surfaces
• Severely damaged wheels, studs, or rims

We are not responsible for:

• Additional damage found after removing the tire
• Failed repairs due to pre-existing vehicle defects

3.4 Fuel Delivery

Fuel systems, injectors, pumps, and filters may still require mechanical repair after a misfuel or empty tank. We are not responsible for post-service failures.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide the correct address, vehicle description, and service needed
• Remain with your vehicle (unless unsafe to do so)
• Ensure a safe environment for the technician
• Have keys, tools, and necessary equipment available
• Follow all instructions given by the technician

If the environment is unsafe (traffic, animals, harassment, weapons, roadway hazards), the technician may refuse or cancel service with no refund.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Full Refund

Only provided if:

• You cancel before the technician accepts the job.
• Job isn't accepted or denied within 30 minutes of request.

5.2 Partial Refund

If canceled after acceptance but before arrival:

• Service fee is refunded
• $40 dispatch fee is not refunded

5.3 No Refund

No refunds are given if:

• Wrong address or vehicle information
• Vehicle not accessible
• Unsafe location
• Customer not present
• No spare tire or incompatible tools
• Mechanical failures prevent completion
• Vehicle damage discovered mid-service
• Customer refuses service on arrival

6. Liability & Damage Waiver

By receiving service, you agree:

6.1 No Guarantee of Successful Outcome

Roadside assistance does not guarantee your vehicle will start, drive, or operate normally after service.

6.2 Limited Liability

Tangi Roadside Assistance LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Damage resulting from worn, defective, or modified parts
• Damage to electronic systems during unlock or jump start
• Damage caused by weather, road conditions, or unsafe environments
• Loss of personal property
• Tire/wheel damage from lug nuts, studs, or rusted components

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the service fee paid.

6.3 At-Your-Own-Risk Services

Jump starts, lockouts, and tire changes involve risk. By requesting service, you accept full responsibility for any resulting effects.

7. Technician Safety Rights

Technicians may cancel or refuse service if:

• Location is unsafe
• Customer is aggressive or threatening
• Illegal activity is observed
• Weather or traffic prevents safe work
• Vehicle is in the roadway or dangerous position

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

8. Chargeback Protection

By using our service, you agree:

• A completed service is not eligible for a chargeback
• GPS arrival, photos, call logs, and written notes may be used as proof
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in collections action

9. Recording Consent

For safety and proof of service:

• Technicians may record audio, video, and photos
• You consent to this when requesting service
• Recordings will only be used for safety, training, or chargeback disputes

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes must be resolved in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving service, you acknowledge:

• You have read and understood these terms
• You voluntarily agree to them
• You accept all risks associated with roadside assistance
